1. License

Duskcam is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). These terms add details about Duskcam Pro.

2. Free plan

The free plan includes the brighter live view in Fast mode, the Natural and Mono looks, photos, live Depth View, and videos up to 15 seconds.

3. Duskcam Pro

Pro unlocks Clear mode, every look, unlimited video length, manual controls (ISO, shutter, focus, white balance), long exposure and Depth View capture. It is offered as a weekly, monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription. There are no free trials.

4. Billing and renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.

5. What the app can and can't do

Duskcam brightens what your iPhone's camera can capture; it needs at least a little light. It is not a thermal or infrared imaging device and cannot see heat or through walls. Heat-style looks are color effects. Depth View measures distance, not temperature.

6. Responsible use

Don't use Duskcam for safety-critical purposes, and follow the laws where you are about recording people and places. You are responsible for what you capture.

7. Disclaimer

Duskcam is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost data or indirect damages arising from use of the app.
