Every camera needs some light. Try Clear mode and hold steady, use Long exposure with your iPhone resting on something, or turn on the torch.
Restore a purchase
Open Duskcam › Settings › Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account.
Cancel a subscription
Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Duskcam Pro.
